RETURN TO BASE BREAKDOWN REPAIR, FIXED PRICE - All wear and tear parts and work required to repair your printer will be completed.

PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE (AND PAY FOR) YOUR OWN COURIER TO SEND YOUR PRINTER BACK TO BRADY UK FOR THE REPAIR TO BE COMPLETED.

1. Order this repair off our site
2. We will contact you for your printers serial number (PGM................)
   
3. We then raise some paperwork here and send you an emailed link to start the process
4. You arrange to send your printer back to the Brady UK.
5. The Brady Tech Support Centre complete the repair and take care of the return courier cost
6. Your repaired printer is returned to you.

Please note: the repair can take approx 14-21 working days.

Re-chargeable battery packs are not covered by any repair/service contract, batteries are a consumable item and do need to be replaced/purchased from time to time when they reach the end of their life and fail to hold charge.
